The Mountain ever present, snow covered, was beautiful. As a girl I would look for the mountain in the evening as the sun went down.Of course clouds obscured it much of the time but when they didn&#8217;t it was worth the wait as the evening sun would bathe the mountain in hues of deep pink.</p>

Sunlight lit up the wisteria of springtime as the creek meandered by.One morning as I walked out of the front door this is the scene that was in front of me.The air was so refreshing filled with the scent of  fir trees mingled with the water from the creek moving along down below.

The path across the way looked so inviting as we walked beside the brook and explored that day. Earlier in the morning we had sat drinking our coffee in a clearing behind the house watching the brook and listening to bird songs.

This was a very serene place we visited on Whidbey Island, Washington State. We were walking around the property with the thought of buying it and came across a little foot bridge and saw a secluded area with a bench. It was such a quiet and reflective place.
